Lisa's career in sustainable building design and operations has provided exposure to the plethora of green building rating systems, including LEED O+M (v2009, v4 and v4.1), BD+C, ID+C, and Cities and Communities, WELL (v1, v2 pilot, and v2 ratified), WELL Health Safety Rating, and Living Building Challenge CORE, among others. Lisa's initial professional experience focused on greening existing building stock in New York City through the use of LEED, ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems, and ESG reporting (GRESB, CDP, GRI). Most recently her focus has shifted to large new construction projects across the globe. Projects are primarily focused in New York City, where the introduction of Local Law 97 has instigated a movement towards all-electric building design to meet the city's GHG reduction goals.
