Eric is a Principal at Perkins Eastman and co-leader of the firm’s Planning and Urban Design practice. He has led major urban design and planning projects throughout the world, including Arverne by the Sea, a widely-cited model for TOD and resilient community planning, and most recently the Nashville East Bank Vision Plan. His work leading Post-Sandy rebuilding efforts for communities throughout the metropolitan area as part of the Special Initiative for Rebuilding and Resilience, the NY Rising Program, the Together North Jersey Plan, and Resilient NJ have garnered numerous awards. A longtime student of the city, Eric is currently an Adjunct Professor at NYU and is a frequent contributor to numerous professional and academic journals.
