Annalise Dum serves as Vice President of Sustainability at global real estate services firm JLL. As a sustainability strategy consultant, Annalise is responsible for guiding global occupier and investor clients in aligning their commercial real estate portfolios with organizational ESG goals. To date, she has over 100 new construction and renovation projects under her belt and has managed certifications for 20 million+ square feet of space. 27 of her projects have received certifications including LEED Platinum, WELL Platinum, WELL Health-Safety Rating, Fitwel, and ENERGYSTAR, both at the asset- and portfolio-levels. In addition to her work with clients, Annalise also has supported JLL's own 4.5 million square foot portfolio; she was part of the core team supporting JLL's awards of first global occupier with a WELL score, highest WELL score globally, and 2022 WEL Enterprise Provider of the Year.
Annalise holds a Master’s Degree in Sustainability Leadership from Arizona State University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design with minors in Communication and Spanish from Purdue University, and a plant based nutrition certificate from Cornell. Annalise is a LEED AP ID+C, WELL Faculty, WELL AP, Fitwel Ambassador, and TRUE Advisor. She is Vice Chair of Illinois Green Alliance’s Board of Directors and a member of the LEED Materials and Resources Technical Group. Annalise lives a plant-based, zero waste lifestyle and is based in Chicago.
