Byron Williams is the chief administrative officer with the Oregon Office of the State Treasurer with over 16 years of experience with the State of Oregon. After graduating from Oregon State University in 2006, he started working for the State of Oregon as an auditor. Since that time, he has worked on a variety of projects for the state including the recent construction of the Treasury Resiliency Building at Mill Creek. In his current role, Byron oversees a variety of functions including budget, procurement, facilities, emergency operations, and business continuity functions. As the project sponsor for the building, he was able to utilize skills in a variety of areas to help guide the project to completion.
