Griffin Teed is a Senior Project Engineer with the Deep Carbon Reduction Group at Jaros, Baum & Bolles. Since joining the firm in 2020, he has primarily focused on developing carbon-neutral roadmaps aligned with buildings’ capital plans. Prior to joining JB&B, he managed energy-efficiency retrofits and conducted retro-commissioning and energy audits for multi-family, commercial, hotel, cultural and industrial buildings.
Within the Deep Carbon Reduction Group, Mr. Teed focuses on identifying substantial carbon emission and energy reduction opportunities in existing buildings. He regularly engages with clients to determine the best pathway for implementation within their capital plan and prioritizes practical projects that lead to carbon emission reductions.
Mr. Teed holds a BS in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from New York University, is a licensed engineer in the State of New York, and is a Certified Energy Manager.
