Tyler Schott is a Professional Engineer (PE) and Senior Project Engineer with the JB&B Deep Carbon Reduction Group (DCRG) and maintains a primary focus on project management and building energy systems analysis for high-rise constructions of various sizes and space types. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Schott worked with an HVAC start-up developing energy conservation measures and custom ventilation solutions for high-rise commercial spaces.
Fully conversant with tools such as DesignBuilder, EnergyPlus, and Revit, Mr. Schott analyzes and develops energy models that provide invaluable insight on a building’s overall energy performance and inform recommended measures to reduce carbon emissions and related costs. Along with his energy-related work, he has also garnered considerable experience in HVAC design, drafting, and direct management of small-scale projects at the firm.
Mr. Schott holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Energy from Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA.
