Nate Hutchinson is an accomplished entrepreneur and real estate investor who combines a strong work ethic with a deep understanding of the industry. He completed a master’s and bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University while on a football scholarship. In 2009, he co-founded Flagship Homes to build affordable and high-quality homes for people in Utah. Despite launching during a turbulent market, Hutchinson’s vision and tireless effort paid off, leading to the establishment of Flagship Companies Inc. with a large portfolio of real estate and other investments. He also is one of the visionaries behind Utah City. Utah City is Vineyard, Utah’s groundbreaking downtown development - a vibrant, sustainable, and walkable mixed-use community.
