Larissa Oaks is the indoor environmental quality specialist at the U.S. Green Building Council. She manages technical development and maintenance of the Indoor Environmental Quality credit category in LEED. This has included overseeing the LEED v5 requirements for both the existing buildings and new construction rating systems for the indoor air quality topics.
Larissa is interested in how the quality of the built environment impacts our health, effectiveness, and overall happiness. She has a Mechanical Engineering degree from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Master in Design Studies from Harvard Graduate School of Design.
