Keith’s extensive experience includes 25 years at Herman Miller, Inc. directing the design of a wide variety of domestic and international projects including buildings, interiors and products. Career highlights:
• Served on the Environmental Quality Action Team
• Became a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council
• Managed the development of the furniture industries first comprehensive Design for Environment (DfE) platform
• Initiated research at Herman Miller’s LEED Pioneering Greenhouse with the U.S. Department of Energy and Battelle National Labs that informed the basis for Biophilic Design practices.
In 2002 Keith founded Catalyst Partners, a multi-dimensional consortium of knowledge leaders committed to high performance and restorative design protocols for buildings, interiors and products. Their early work includes the development of the LEED-CI Rating System and Reference Guide, LEED Volume Build, Multi-Building, Campus and Retail Guides. They are also a GBCI Veteran LEED Certification Review Team verifying compliance for over 5,000 LEED projects worldwide.
