Annie Kell is a sustainability project manager specializing in building-specific embodied carbon, climate change resiliency, and sustainability certifications including LEED and SITES. Her projects are primarily large campuses and cornerstone community buildings, such as airports and government buildings. She has extensive experience guiding project teams from pre-design through construction completion to develop and reach sustainability goals suited to the project, the owner's imperatives, and the locale. Her professional training includes LEED AP BD+C, Certified Climate Change Professional, Envision Sustainability Professional, the AIA Resiliency and Adaptation Certificate, and certified Environmental Engineer in Training. She has been a long time volunteer for the USGBC, and is currently the Chair of the Market Leadership Advisory Board for the USGBC Mountain Region.
