Lana Crouse works at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) as the Regional Director for the U.S. Market Transformation and Development team. Through her work, she directs USGBC's community operations in conjunction with local volunteer leaders by overseeing market development, strategic planning, event management, and education outreach. She also leads market transformation and development activities across the East North Central (Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, & Ohio) region of the U.S. Lana is passionate about sustainability and loves that she is able to promote sustainability in the Midwest. Lana brings nearly 20 years of non-profit experience to her position, with areas of professional experience focusing on business development, event planning, sales operations, event management, client services, human resources, and volunteer management. She graduated from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA) at Indiana University in Bloomington, IN and received a Nonprofit Management Executive Certificate from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
