Mario is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and real estate developer, with a seventeen-year track record of generating strong returns across market cycles. Since 2005, he has led the structuring, development and asset management of over USD $600 MM in light-industrial, retail, residential, and corporate office properties.

In 2017, Mario co-founded ProximityParks, a vertically integrated real estate investment firm, with a pure play focus on building the largest and highest-performing portfolio of environmentally friendly last mile logistics industrial properties in the Americas.

ProximityParks is the pioneer in its field and has quickly become the leading player in Mexico, where it has a growing portfolio of over 2.5 M sqft, across Mexico’s three largest metropolitan areas.

Mario has a substantial network in the north american real estate communities and provides a deep understanding of the investment and development processes, as well as fund management and asset management expertise.

Mario studied Finance at Monterrey Tech and holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
