Megan is a forward-thinking executive with more than 16 years of experience in the sustainable design and construction industry. She specializes in leading complex, large-scale development projects and cross-functional organizations. Megan's passion lies in addressing the root causes of today's most critical systemic challenges related to climate change, ethical supply chains, whole-life carbon considerations, nature preservation, social equity, and human well-being.
In the real estate and development sphere, Megan is recognized as a process author, systems thinker, and igniter. She collaborates with clients at the forefront of innovation, technology, and the implementation of their environmental, social, and governance (ESG) commitments. Throughout her career, Megan has contributed to over 55 million square feet of real estate projects. This includes more than 45 million square feet targeting LEED certification, over 6 million square feet pursuing LBC certifications, and over 2 million square feet aiming for WELL certification.
