    Passionate about architecture, design and biodiversity, Julio Leal is Manager of Engineering and Certifications at PIIMA, His experience is in the Real Estate sector, the design, planning and construction of buildings. His knowledge and experience are in the management of real estate projects, certifications and development of sustainable strategies in green buildings.

    He has been involved in ESG consulting projects that include tool development and monitoring, as well as environmental data analysis.

    Julio holds an Engineering and Architecture degree from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), and he has a certification in Building with energy efficiency and adaptive comfort from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM)
