Esteban Martinez Lozada is an Architect and Civil Engineer from the University of los Andes. His studies include a Master’s Degree in Sustainable Design from the Boston Architectural College and complimentary studies in Sustainable Urbanism from the Rotterdam School of Architecture (Netherlands) and advanced HVAC design by ASHRAE (Atlanta, GA). He is a LEED Fellow (former LEED AP BD&C & O+M), WELL AP, Green Rater, Edge Expert, Living Future Accredited Professional, Certified Building Commissioning Professional from the Association of Energy Engineers, LEED for Cities and Communities Advisor and Regenerative Practitioner from Regenesis Institute. Esteban is the Co-Founder and current Sustainability Director of the company Green Loop, in Bogotá, Colombia – South America. He has specific experience in the sustainable field of more than 400 different projects representing more than 40 million square feet, in projects located in Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, Ecuador, and EEUU, engaging as the sustainability consultant leader, energy modeler and Commissioning Agent.
