Darin Frost is the Program Executive for the Climate and Infrastructure Program Management Office (CIPMO). The CIPMO was created to oversee both the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) programs.
He has most recently been serving as the GSA Program Executive for the BIL Land Port of Entry program. He previously spent 10 years in GSA Central Office successfully leading a variety of project delivery programs, including Global Project Management, and the Office of Project Delivery’s project measures, dashboards, workforce analysis and project systems. Prior to joining Central Office, Darin worked in GSA’s Northwest Arctic Region (Region 10) for 18 years serving in a variety of finance, facilities, design and construction, portfolio, and real estate roles. Darin received his undergraduate degrees in Business Administration and Economics from Pacific Lutheran Univerity and his Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
