Karema Seliem, LEED AP, is an accomplished green building professional with a passion for sustainable, resilient, and equitable design. With extensive experience in architectural design, project management, green building, and environmental policy, she oversees the technical development of the Sustainable Sites credit category as well as Resilience and Equity language for the LEED rating systems. Karema supports and facilitates LEED Committees, including the Sustainable Sites Technical Advisory Group, LEED Equity Working Group, and LEED Resilience Working Group. She holds a B.S. in Interior Design from Drexel University and a Master of Environmental Studies MES degree from the University of Pennsylvania, specializing in Environmental Policy.
